Holy Mary Magdalene, you who have been pardoned by Jesus,
you who have loved much, show us the true way of conversion and purity of heart.
Out of love you followed Jesus to serve him.
Teach us to give our lives selflessly for our brothers and sisters.
You were at the cross of Jesus with Mary and John:
Get us the grace of faith and hope in our trials.
On the morning of Easter you received the mission from Jesus to announce his resurrection to his disciples:
Help us to believe that life is stronger than death, that his love triumphs over everything.
Holy Mary Magdalene, pray for us.

2) Prayer to St. Mary Magdalene

Dear Saint Mary Magdalene,
let’s follow your example Christ our Lord and Master, follow faithfully.
Teach us to love him as you do loved him so that we might witness
his mercy will be and come to the joy of eternal life.
Great Saint Mary Magdalene,
you victor in the struggle for holy purity, pray for us!
